Terms of Use
These Terms govern access to and use of the public Weavidence website at weavidence.com, including the ecosystem landing page, product-information pages, Weavidence Insights, the RSS feed, and related public documents. They do not govern use of a separate Weavidence application after you leave this site. For the operator and data practices, see the Privacy Notice.
What this website is
The website explains the Weavidence ecosystem, the intended and current state of Weavidence Academy, Journey, and Lab, and publishes educational editorial content through Weavidence Insights. The public website itself is not an analytical, educational, clinical, or methodological service and does not make decisions for a visitor.
Product status and availability
Product pages aim to state current maturity and access boundaries plainly. Weavidence Journey may link to a separate application at app.weavidence.com. Academy and Lab are described at their stated development stages and must not be understood as publicly available or externally validated unless their pages explicitly say so. Interface previews and synthetic examples illustrate product direction or current mechanics; they are not evidence of effectiveness, certification, or suitability for a particular institution.
Weavidence Insights
Insights publishes Product Notes, Method Guides, Concept Explainers, Worked Cases, Evidence Briefs, and Commentary under its visible editorial policy. A content-type label describes the kind of article; it does not turn an editorial article into independent peer-reviewed research. Product Notes are written from within the project they describe. Other articles identify their sources, review level, limitations, and revision information according to the published editorial policy.
Insights is educational material about public-health practice, research methods, scientific learning, analysis, reproducibility, and product engineering. It is not individual medical or clinical advice, does not replace competent professional judgment, and does not establish a professional, supervisory, educational, or advisory relationship.
Editorial corrections and updates
Articles may be corrected, revised, archived, or withdrawn when sources, guidance, product facts, or editorial judgments change. Material revisions are intended to be reflected in the article's dates and revision history. A published article represents the assessed state of the material at its displayed review date, not a promise that no later evidence will change the conclusion.
RSS and reuse
The RSS feed is provided so readers and compatible software can discover published Insights articles. Access to the feed does not grant a licence to republish the full articles, reproduce Weavidence branding, or create a misleading impression of endorsement. Ordinary quotation, linking, and other uses permitted by applicable law remain unaffected.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- attempt to disrupt, overload, bypass, or gain unauthorized access to the site or its hosting infrastructure;
- use automated access in a way that materially degrades availability or ignores applicable technical restrictions;
- republish substantial parts of the site's original content or design without permission or another lawful basis;
- misrepresent affiliation with, endorsement by, or the maturity of Weavidence or its products;
- use the site to transmit unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or harmful material.
Intellectual property
Unless otherwise indicated, original Weavidence names, marks, Jana identity assets, editorial text, interface previews, and visual design are owned or controlled by the project founder. Third-party software, fonts, standards, publications, and cited materials remain subject to their own licences, terms, and ownership. Access to this website does not transfer ownership or grant a general licence to reproduce its original content, except where applicable law or an explicit licence permits the use.
Citations and external sources
Insights may link to institutional guidance, journal articles, repositories, and other third-party sources. A citation identifies the source used for a claim; it does not imply that the source's author endorses Weavidence. External content can change, move, or become unavailable, and remains governed by the third party's own terms and privacy practices.
Scientific, educational, and analytical responsibility
Any research, public-health, educational, analytical, ethical, institutional, or regulatory decision remains the responsibility of the person or organization making it. Weavidence pages and products may support structured work, but they do not assume or transfer professional accountability and must not be treated as a substitute for required expertise, review, approval, or legal compliance.
No assurance of outcomes or validation
The site does not warrant that using a described method or product will produce a valid study, a correct analysis, a competent learner, a successful public-health intervention, or any clinical or organizational outcome. Traceability, reproducibility, reviewability, and structured decision support can make work easier to inspect; they do not by themselves establish that a conclusion is true or appropriate.
Availability and changes
We aim to keep the site available, accurate, and internally consistent but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Routes, product status, editorial content, feeds, and visual features may be corrected or changed. Material changes to these Terms will be identified by an updated effective date.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The public site is provided "as is," to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation, continued availability of an external source, or fitness of the information for a particular professional decision. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where Italian or EU law does not permit that exclusion or limitation, including liability that cannot lawfully be waived. Subject to those mandatory rules, liability arising from this informational website is limited to what is proportionate to its nature and scope, and indirect or consequential loss is not accepted to the extent permitted by law.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Italian law. Consumers resident in the EU retain any mandatory right to bring proceedings in the courts available under applicable consumer-protection rules. Subject to those protections, the courts of Italy have jurisdiction over disputes concerning this public website.
Severability
If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
